This terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") establishes the agreement between Authenticator App (hereinafter referred to as the "Authenticator App") and the users who use the services through the access of the applications, products and contents provided by the Authenticator App. Hereinafter, "you" or "your" refers to the users who use our services, and "we," "our" or "us" refers to the Authenticator App.

Our app offers various subscription plans, each with a different cost. You can enjoy a free trial of premium service for a limited period. Once you activate the trial service, you will be automatically charged until you cancel your subscription. If you choose not to use the free trial service, the paid subscription is also available for selection directly. Paid subscriptions are available on a monthly and annual basis. For the specific purchase plan and cost, please refer to the actual content displayed in the app. If you cancel your subscription (if offered) by your Google Play Store account settings at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal for the next period 24 hours in advance.
We may, in our sole discretion, at any time terminate or suspend all or a portion of the app, or your use of all or a portion of the app, with or without notice and with or without cause, and then this agreement shall automatically terminate accordingly.
Through this Application users may have access to external resources provided by third parties. users acknowledge and accept that we have no control over such resources and are therefore not responsible for their content and availability. Conditions applicable to any resources provided by third parties, including those applicable to any possible grant of rights in content, result from each such third parties' terms and conditions or, in the absence of those, applicable statutory law.

Additionally, by using the application, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure.
Without prejudice to any more specific provision of these Terms, any intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights and design rights related to this Application are the exclusive property of the company or its licensors and are subject to the protection granted by applicable laws or international treaties relating to intellectual property. All trademarks — nominal or figurative — and all other marks, trade names, service marks, word marks, illustrations, images, or logos appearing in connection with this Application are, and remain, the exclusive property of the company or its licensors and are subject to the protection granted by applicable laws or international treaties related to intellectual property.
The Service provided by us is provided "AS IS." Authenticator App does not make any particular warranties about the Service we provide which includes but are not limited to any inaccuracies, mistakes, interruption, cyber-attack, unavailability associated with the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable laws, the user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and subsidiaries from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees and expenses), costs, damages, obligations, and losses arising from the user' s breach of this Terms of Services and other applicable laws, and the user's violation of third parties' rights, including intellectual property rights. The limitations on Authenticator App's liability to the user applies whether or not the user has been aware of it or has been advised of it.
Authenticator App does not make any contracts or guarantees for any specific matters not specified in these Terms in relation to the Service and the Asset.
Authenticator App shall be exempted from responsibility for the provision of the Service if we are not able to provide the Service due to force majeure, such as natural disasters and unpredictable or unavoidable bugs or errors.
Authenticator App shall not be responsible for the use of the Free Service unless there are special regulations in the applicable laws.
In any case, Authenticator App shall not be responsible for punitive, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages, and any loss of profit, opportunity (including business opportunities), reputation, good will, or data in connection with the use of the Service.
Authenticator App shall not be held liable for any problems and damages arising from the use of the Service by the user outside the scope specified in these Terms, over which the user will hold full responsibility.
If the user damages the company or any third party by violating the provisions in these Terms or due to reasons attributable to the user, the User shall compensate for all damages.
Authenticator App reserves the right to amend or otherwise modify these Terms at any time. In such cases, the company will appropriately inform the user of these changes. Such changes will only affect the relationship with the user for the future. The continued use of the Service will signify the user's acceptance of the revised Terms. If users do not wish to be bound by the changes, they must stop using the Service. Failure to accept the revised terms, may entitle either party to terminate the Agreement. The applicable previous version will govern the relationship prior to the user's acceptance. The user can obtain any previous version from the company.
Authenticator App reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose of by novation, or subcontract any or all rights or obligations under these Terms, taking the user's legitimate interests into account. Provisions regarding changes of these terms will apply accordingly. Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these terms in any way, without the written permission of the company.
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
If you have any concern or dispute about the service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us.
Even if some provisions of these terms become unenforceable, other provisions are not affected. This terms of use shall apply to the relationship between Authenticator App and the user in place of the previous version. Neither Authenticator App nor the user may transfer the provisions and obligations prescribed in these terms to any third party without the consent of the other party.
